Managed IT services is a fully managed service: we take care of your IT on a daily basis (helpdesk, monitoring, maintenance) with contractual SLAs. On-site staffing is a skills placement: a technician works at your premises, under your direction, for a defined period.

Our plans start at EUR 25 excl. VAT / workstation / month for basic support, and go up to EUR 60-90 excl. VAT / workstation / month for full coverage (monitoring, cybersecurity, cloud). Monthly contracts, cancellable with 30-day notice.

Both. Helpdesk and monitoring work remotely, across France. For on-site work (deployment, cabling, payment terminals), we intervene at Reunion Island, Mauritius and mainland France through our partner network.

Yes, via SAP Business One (5 to 500 users). We also support mid-sized companies on S/4HANA. For other ERPs (Odoo, Dynamics), we bring in specialist consultants suited to your scale.
